I say about 4 - 6 on my own, and then I enjoy relaxing with the roommates and watching them play as well... I defiantly don't want to fall in the trap of not playing any games at all, need to see all the sexy artz n stuff :)

it seems to be using bump maps ( the ones in 3ds max black n white ) instead of normal maps. The specular seems also vey flat , and the weapon seems to be painted in grey scale , i know its a weapon , but everything has more colour:) keep at it
hm how many tris do those objects have ? just wondering if a trivial "test all tris with all tris" algorithm would work, or if someone would need to do some spatial structuring to reduce from O(n^2) complexity
Why twice? What settings? I will play with this...I have used the chamfer recently on this crossbow, and I had to go welding verts on all these crazy N-gons that Max made. It really is crap! Q: Can you turn off the cage in the viewport?
Mudbox - I want to learn Z-brush really bad, but as its already been said, theres a TON of z-brush tuts out there already. Mudbox seems simpler to learn and use, though obviously more limited. Just my opinion. -N
Open up your listener, select your skinned object, and evaluate this:skinmod = $.modifiers[#Skin]for i = 1 to (skinops.getnumberbones skinmod) do(format "%n" (skinops.getbonename skinmod i 1)) It will print the bones to your listener, paste into a text file of your choice.

Great work on the tool....but i have a problem....i`m try`n to load a mesh into the demo but i get ipackthat stopped working....the loading time is very high on a 3k tris mesh...and i try`d diferent meshes but with no luck. What to do?
