Cheers for that mate. Always good to hear an unbiased assessment from a Modo user, rather than the usual silly 'fan-boy' comments. I'm sure I'll try it again when 10.3 is released. The initial excitement about the big push towards game-specific features was what prompted me to have another bash. -

Thanks for the honest feedback. I can see your point, however the primary reason I attempted to open those doors was purely to demonstrate and test that the text prompts function correctly. As you suggested I will ensure that the lighting provides some subtle visual cue as to where the player should be directed. Thank you… -
Re: Multi Layer PSD & Multiple Texture Sets not working
Hi Peter, looks like you caught an interesting bug here, we'll make sure that each texture set is saved to a unique PSD for the next update. As far as paths go, by default it will save the PSD next to your .tbscene file, and if you haven't saved the .tbscene file yet it should prompt for you to select the directory. -

Can't get it to work... .I know I must be doing something wrong, but I can't figure it out. Anybody got it working on Windows 7, and CS5? EDIT: Got it working, briefly, but with no guideline or circle, despite what the settings say. And now, the command prompt just opens every few seconds, and closes instantly.. Hm. -

Hey this is great to see! I'm a little confused though, Toolbag can essentially do this out of the box with the quick loader. So I'm wondering if you're unaware of the quick loading functionality or if there was something you found missing from it that prompted you to write this tool? -

Haven't done anything SUPER important on this project recently, so have some misc. doodles I've done over the course of starting this. (bottom right doodle of Circe and the one of Vanna above it were kinda joke pictures drawn for halloween prompts on tumblr) -

actually if you just select merge on import, it prompts you to reparent the incoming mesh which is awesome. Not sure if this is right, gonna do some more tests:) EDIT NOPE that jsut gives you 2 bipeds, imported biped with a root node parented to the original -

Oh right, my bad....shouldn't have called it quad capping, it's more like it converts the face selection into a variety of arrangements.....afaik you have to cap the hole using fill hole first. Then select the face and go to Edit Componets > Faces Info. You will then be prompted with a few options. Give it a go and you…
