Yea I cleared the canvas after I used GrabDoc. I tried in Edit Mode and not in Edit Mode. That is the strange thing. If I use the flat material and then GrabDoc... the CropAndFill comes out fine. Like it's pure white. With no color "overlay." But if I GrabDoc with any other material and then CropAndFill it has that red hue.
User Profile pages have broken images This was broken on the previous site too. Maybe its just chrome, but it bugs the bajesus out of me :) //edit: just realized they are "edit" buttons. The "view your profile as everyone else..." link has similar broken images on the right side in the friends lists and other panes.
I made some progress today with tilebanks and a first map for the Cmd & Kill 32x32 pixel game The maps are edited in Tiled, I haven't programmed yet a parser for Unity but that will be soon on my todo list to load this map inside unity. Haven't announced anything about the epic edition yet, just that there will be one! :) it'll be worth it! Super stoked to have people play gears 3, been a labor of live for a while now. can also get beta acess with the Epic edition of bulletstorm on the 18th too, so go buy bulletstorm because it is fun! :)
If you want to protect your modelling stack, just stick an edit mesh modifier on top, rather than collapse it - works just as well. If you need to change anything afterwards, just delete the edit mesh modifier and re-add it before you export. Hopefully they'll sort this out soon! Jon.
If you think people who have been reading the thread won't notice you edited your posts to add emotes then you really are a complete idiot. It would be good to turn it back on so it shows 'last edit' like on the old boards if we are going to have people like this hanging out here.
Hmm, you're right about the frame. Not sure what to do about that because the little ledge and ornamentation on the lower wall is all normal mapped while the door is a seperate mesh intersecting the wall. [Useless idea editted out] Edit: Nevermind, I certainly had no results trying that, should've known that wouldn't work.
The front of the puch is done, only the back is left. 3500 polies and two 1024^2. Performance was not a big issue, which is why things aren't very well optimized. Soon I'll have to do tanks, yay edit: does anyone have an idea why I can't edit my first post?
