Seriously, you might want to stop talking down to folks just trying to help or this thread will become popular for all the wrong reasons. You really don't want that.
But seriously... If you bake with Mikk Tspace, you only want to import normals. Non mikk tangent space baked meshes should be imported with normals and tangents imported.

check what graphics driver you are using in preferences and post it here. also post your viewport preferences. msaa and ao can seriously slow down a scene.

So awesome. The veins on the hands and neck seem too pronounced, maybe drop their opacity some. Can't find much of anything to nitpick, seriously looks good man.
