Wont do the skin in substance designer, probably some leather and the gold and more solid materials minus the dress. Substance will mostly be for the environment elements - sand, rock, etc. Congrats on the 3dtotal award by the way, I saw earlier but I was too sick at the time to track you down and say: well deserved. -

you should play with smoothing groups this will make your work pop out a lot more (and yah the latest versions of the exporter/game supports them) look at pior's bunny that's a really good reference of great smoothing groups/ut2003 stock anims and nice specular use, your model really deserves it -

Yes Ok I know about starbucks masterpiece , my point of view is that I wont following the one way patern , is hictorical incorect and I will stay in my plan after all, I have spend hours and hours to make these skins so I believe a historical accuracy deserves to as it is. Thanks for the info. -

yeah you're right...but....the screenshoot is taken before my lat changes...if you check the video I tried to increase the poly to give more roundness to them...still they deserve some more love I agree but I was so eager to finish this to move on to another project...thanks all for the nice comments btw! -

I want create the 40 miles worth of Mines of Moria in AAAA quality and a hundred other things in my lifetime, not be lost in basic colors and shapes in photoshop, etc. -

Yeah, my roommate and I rented Metal Slug Anthology through Gamefly and I'm very surprised on how poorly it was presented. Very poor menus, controller support is buggy, MS 1-5 are scaled and look awful, they're all just arcade emulation with free play on. Not what Metal Slug deserves. -
