Breaks color pallette of axe completely. (Sorry if that sounds harsh :P) Try Black stone, darker wood, yellow gems, make the boundries (cylinder parts idk) red, and make the scales dark grey
A little update on the centaur weapon. LOD0 done with test textures. I think i will scale the stone a bit down because it's pretty big ingame. Also some stretching on the handle straps. well well...
This updated blockout. Questions as follows 1. Is ground texture scale working? 2. Do I need to do more set dressing? 3. Anyone know any stone column tutorials in substance designer?
Yeah that works. Except the top right would have to be the same end-texture for both runs, so you couldn't do horizontal-stone vs. vertical-wood... they'd both have to end in wood.
20th sounds fantastic, and if everyone likes it a week from now, I propose we then SET IT IN STONE! Also, I have eaten a few times a Bodean's and it is delicious, (Dem ribs!!) I am sold on that.
Lookin' good, give the stones more depth and add some more dirt. One more push to awesomeness, I'd like to see some more angles, it's been 3 days, where's the update, hop to it!
I'd disagree on that. You need to consider the fact that stone is quite brittle. Any fine extraneous details are going to snap off. She's already her arms and head. It's surprising that the wings are still attached at all.
Neat line up. On a side note anyone know ID's criteria to "Drop by and we'll show you rage" is? Might be worth killing two birds with one stone, hehehe, but got a feeling it's more trickey then that.
