This looks really nice! One thing I would advise is to take another pass at the wood under the roof. Its either too reflective or too saturated or both, lol It catches my eye and it's hard to notice anything else.
Modeled out the roof planks more. Struggled a lot to hide the fishing rod from the front view, I don't think it works compositionally, and I really don't want to compromise the silhouette from the angle depicted in the concept art.
johny, its not such a problem in game, as i have the scale right, here its just for sommit to put them against. it would be nice to do that, but i think with everything else we have planned well be hitting the DSs roof.
me likes :D . I would add some light fixtures though, maybe some on the floor against the wall / on the roof support beams. I couldn't imagine walking down a hallway like this at night with no light! XD -vivi
The high poly mesh is done! I might add a bit more detail to the wood in mudbox or possibly model the roof tiles, but apart from that I'm calling the high rez done. Time to get onto the hard part.. The textures..
I tried that export entire scene into UDK on my Alleyway a few times, and I didn't get terribly great results. But I did export parts of this and used multi materials, such as the roof on the left side (concrete and Iron materials).
I feel the underside of this roof bit is far too shiny and clean compared to the rest of the scene. Also, an old rusted broken down vehicle would do this scene wonders. Oh, also maybe some garbage inside the building.
Yeah I can definitely add that around the environment :) Particuarly around the base of the furnace, at the moment Im just finishing my list Hero shield asset and then I need to add chains across the roof to help with the composition a bit.

Yeah the roof needs attention. I thought it would project better. The lamp was supposed to be a rust/iron texture but it didn't come out so well, I was planning on that one. Maybe the paving stones, not sure on those. Anywhere else?
