alot better, but you need to define the blade a little bit more. Play around with the spec. Cause at the moment, it seems more like plastic then, well Metall =)
nice portfolio! i'd split it in personal and proffessional though, and maybe not include all of it. and definately add a tutorial section with a very good tutorial on painting textures ;) lol.
It also depends on how you define creativity. Personally I feel that creativity can come through process as much as subject. (IE: Problem solving, etc...)
I would suggest changing the railings you have by the door to something more akin to the arches. Something thicker, more defined, and less "Disneyland Que Gate".
i've seen a handful of episodes and the little making ofs they have during the commercials of other Nick shows. looked good and is definately the best of the American 'animes' on tv.
If only I was an experienced evn artist, alas characters are my bread and butter (for now) but thanks for the link, I will definately pass it around to some buddies of mine!
vailias: I worked on a tucan texture for 15 minutes, and then decided that the model was too defined to make something like that work ;) . You did a great job though!
