It says SFW on the article's title, but I think it matters more on what environment you work in. The packaging is golden. http://gizmodo.com/gadgets/gadgets/weener-kleener-soap-ring-sfw-261170.php
I was just looking for this thread that Neox made some time ago- I tried this and it is very easy. Removing some of the rings does make a big difference.
the bolts and ring look more dense than they really are but I might remove the bolts anyways. Using the symmetry modifier is kinda working against me too.
Update on the high poly: body is mostly finished, as well as the folding arms. I need to fix the area where the rings for the handle attach before the next post.
Try to get the corners of the mouth to pinch in: There's a ring of muscle around the lips which lets us pout. It's usually visible as a little bump at either side of the mouth.
Shoulda been this: They could have a little olympic rings animation that spirals out of his monocle. C'mon, Britain, it's not that hard to stereotype yourself for the amusement of the rest of the world.
looks finished to me. no really, next step would be to either start UVing or working on a quick high poly version (adding the rings, possibly working on the wood).
Have you tried selecting an edge, then hitting ring or loop then connect? This is a jewel of a tool in max... Shold give you the same results to what youre looking for.
