that's was pretty damn funny :) the freelance work i do do is always taken up a notch when my wife decides to go out for the night, the client decides they want to skype, and my son decides that i'm not allowed to skype while mommy is out. yeah, that's always awesome :) -

I'm getting this same odd behavior as well. CS5 settings allow for 6GB ram usage and I've tried pointed it to different large empty SSD drives for scratch disk space. Reimporting the mesh file doesn't have any affect. Any other ideas on resolving this issue? -

Im just uhm.. What are these awsomeliciously good story driven games you are refering to as better? To me right now it kinda sounds like grandpa going "bah son, it was a loooooot better in the past" Maybe you should throw in some examples to back up your arguments? -

If you just type in a keyword in Firefox, it does the Google "I'm feeling lucky" thing and usually takes you to the right place anyway. Try typing "polycount boards" into the address bar... works like a charm. If you do that in IE, it takes you to bloody horrible MSN search -
