You're of course completely entitled to have a bad opinion about the movie as a whole, but I believe that the craftsmanship behind the script is top notch. Sure, it's as simple and mass market as it gets, but it just works, people didn't go to see it again just because of the CGI. It's in a completely different league… -

Transform Palette. It will also be on the right shelf. A model at 0,0,0 probably wont do much if that's not where the mesh's actual line of symmetry is. In otherwards if you have a person standing at 0,0,0 and their left arm is one inch longer than the right, he's not symmetrical. What does the mesh look like lowest… -

I've only recently started using feet for my units, but noticed that Maya gets really touchy about large object scale values, You may need to freeze transforms. Since I'm kind of having the same problems, I can't keep it from defaulting back to creating primitives at 0.001 scale while working in feet. -

I think the cleanliness of the character design for 3 fits Piltover a little better with hammer 1's transformation having more 'magical' elements to bring the theme… -

not bad! especially that it does not slow to a crawl when they are switching to editable poly which is the one everyone seems to actually be using. would be interesting to see if this is down to some clever caching for the transform operation or if all the modelling tools (connect, etc) perform at this rate on that type… -

More joints = better deformation. This is because the bending is distributed over more transforms, and you get less folding on the skin (and less need for deformation helpers). Think of a sharply bent waterhose or rubbertire. Skinweights might be more challenging, but thats worth it, imho EDIT: Your deformation looks good,… -

Calypso transformed into crabs and crawl down into the sea. Then Devijones looked up to the sky, see the clouds and said Calypso... ? So she suddenly got up above everyone. I think it was fun and exciting. I like the part when the 2 ships fight in the whirlpool. The story doesn't make any sense so I'll try not to think… -

Most straightforward is a position or orientation constraint, imho.Where those do not work, I'd use a reaction controller, since no math or scripting is involved and you can move your bone around by hand. You have to use an expose transform helper to get the rotation values of the biped limbs however. Last measure would be…
