Maybe consider dropping the "Monthly noob challenge 6" title from your opening portfolio page. This name is fine on the forum and gets the idea of the challenge across really well but you want to impress potential employers within seconds of opening your page. Re: Cant load substance project.
Its version 1.1.2 , I didnt do anything strange to the file structure before it stopped working, nor did I update anything. The only thing I did was save my work close the program then reopen it later and then it would not open the project. Edit: I tryed to open it in the newer version 1.3.2 but still give the same error. -

Since having to stick to 3ds Max at my current studio. After opening Maya 2016, I started to cry to see how improved Maya is now becoming... knowing I can't open my baby up anymore :( But in the 2016 Max update, it does appear that Autodesk is moving Max in a Maya direction from the new UI layout. -

I have encountered issues opening 2011 files in 2010 even if they are saved out in the 2010 format. The resolution I have found opening files saved that way is to merge from the file. Even then, some meshes didn't come in correctly or made max crash. While it is cool that they implemented this option, I think it is still… -

positions are always opening up, you just have to search. I know everyone thinks that the PS4/720 will lead to a boom but Bobby Kotick recently warned that the next gen might not be the magic bullet everyone expects, so keep an open mind to mobile & PC developers who've been stealing away the casual market from consoles. -

A new file format from Pixar. Its like an FBX file on steroids. The core idea behind USD is that it does live on the harddrive. You can open an USD Stage in Maya and work at the same time in Houdini with it. Open the Stage in Unreal and every time someome does hit save it appears in Unreal. Read more here.… -
