Final images are looking really nice... i would say normal maps are a little bit too strong in some areas (boxes specially) Missing some caos as well... everything is aligned except for the chair... Nice work man!
That's a bang up job!I feel like you might want to move your contact info in some of the images cause it's hard to read with the model being right behind it. I'm always drawn to the scopes and this is no exception! Good job :)
Much work done on the high poly model of the Raider. Hovering around 10 million polys. I think it’s just about done except I need to put a few cuts and bruises on the skin. Just about time to paint.
Thanks for the crits guys! Here is my high poly with the the changes (done, except for the face, which I am obviously procrastinating on x_x). Also, low poly! 20.5k tris, critique and comments welcome: High Poly: Low Poly:
Heya, model looks great to my eyes but I'm no car expert by any means! For your textures though everything is very reflective, the red and windows look chrome with no separation in material except colour. Good job though :D !
Great start, I would say make everything recede or thrust out more to give it more contrast. Everything feels to soft, except the teeth those puppies really stick out! (Which in my opinion is a good thing!)
Looks like a good start, I really like the anatomy over all except the abs, which look a bit odd. And I think the folds on the pants leave something to be desired. Over all looks pretty good though.
Firemonkeys was hiring artists recently, though I don't know whether those positions have been filled yet. They're an EA studio and probably the biggest studio left in the country, with the possible exception of Half Brick. http://www.firemonkeys.com.au/
Shit, I totally dreamt of a place looking just like that first pic!! Except it was at night and in black and white. Creepy haha Fantastic stuff all around ... would be nice if each link posted could have a teaser pic ...
Thanks alot even Eric though I've read this thing plenty of time already :D . They did an outstanding job for the fur if you ask me. Though, there isn't many detail about the animation except their use of the IK solvers.
