I agree with Bartalon, the stone could use some color variation and maybe some extras like moss? Besides that it's great. I really love the bust. It turned out great!
What does your reference pictures look like? It looks very porous, which is fine, there's just a few kinds of stone that looks like that though. What's your end goal?
Sculpting is done and I have started to texture in Substance Painter. A problem was to figure out what kind of material the blade is made of. I think its bone, but it could also be stone.
Yeah, i'd dig into those forms more and try to define the individual stones within the blocks, they look like a good starting point you just need to take them further

The colors for the stones are amazing! Keep up the good work! Although I think that Lissandra's silhouette resembles Syndra a bit. I can't wait to see the final result though :smiley:
I think you could really add some extra stone walls connected to the main tower, more like a defensive line, you know, something like the Adrian's wall
