OK I'll check the shortcut list. I meant that I loaded 3 images or so, do some random click and boom, they disappeared. I think I'll just learn the soft and avoid any missclicks.
I like Cheadle way more than Howard. Howard has a very soft voice that never quite felt rite for the character. Cheadle also has a greater range of acting ability. I'm glad they switched.
I attempted to "lighten up" the scene, not sure if this is the right direction but basically i used soft omnis to separate the spaces and add depth instead of fog, and added some lights at the front to suggest more... maybe this helps
Nice little videos! Very helpful; there were some things with Soft-Selection I didn't know how to do. And I'd never played with the crease editor either, so this helped me get started. Thanks!
I think you might want to go back into your sculpting program and work on the definition of your sculpt. Right now your concrete is looking very soft and blob-like and the damage seems uniformly distributed.
@tsmith3d wow man these are really cool. Nice job combining 3d and painting. I do like the ones where you paint over them more, the combination of hard edges soft edges is working nicely.
I asked few people around and everybody just shrugged and said the soft simply hangs and does nothing. That's initial impression. I think it needs somewhere with big letters: "MAKE UV ISLANDS UNIQUE FIRST"
the Leather is looking a little too much like wood. You can add some clouds on a transparency layer and blend it in to similate oil and sweat. Also maybe a bit more soft wrinkles for material definition. :D
The graphic design , the color and the shading of that artist (and the pose and exact perspective!) are a vital part of the aesthetics of that concept Your edges are also really soft on the legs The "head" of the concept is also standing out a lot more than yours
Your gun is looking very flat at the moment, almost as if you made a silhouette and extruded it. work on making it more soft, your handle for instance looks like it would really be uncomfortable to hold because of how sharp it is.
