The Art Institute recently laid off most of their experienced teachers and replaced them with adjunct faculty. When I went to AiFL that was the best thing about it, the majority of the teachers had 20-30 years experience in their field, mostly traditional animation & painting. -

Our team at work is running one as well! :D Seeing as I am post #20. I should point out Just some perspective: In this thread, the odds are that 3 of us (myself and anyone that posts above me) will develop prostate cancer. -

Its a good idea, but not very useful. I mean We could make that chair in about 20 secs, rather than the 9 mins it took him. Even if he wasn't narrating and just modeling it would take 5 times as long -

Ruz hurriedly puts a pair of pants on I get about 4 or 5 hours sleep most nights. i have been doing this for about 20 years and yeah I get a bit irritable sometimes but on the whole I feel fine -

baking it down but not for animation. i wanna pose it and show the low- uvs- normals and so on. i wanted around 15k polys but im at around 20 right now. i have to go back in the body and fix the face and some other areas. -

You can try the non-destructive flattening feature in DDO. It's on page 20. It'll store any of your Smart Objects or other non-DDO Photoshop layers in a separate folder, so you can choose to version those if you need to. -

Doing some face practice, took about 1 hour. Wasted 20 minutes of that screwing with hair that i deleted. Can't wait till i get to page 2 because loading all this stuff on australian internet takes so long.
