As far as the contrast between the concept and the model, the concept looks a bit skinnier and taller whereas the model is a bit more stout. Looking good so far though. -

KDR_11k, aren't they like mangish type proportions. I thought they would be ok for the elf, although I needed to make the elf more slender and taller eventually. -

Yeah! Proportions looks so much better already!! Maybe the skirt is still a little too long though, and make the boots a bit taller - anything to help retain that floofy cuteness of the concept! ^_^ -

I think your character looks much taller than the concept. Perhaps you should look into scaling up a bit the head and the mask. Also the legs should be more tapered. Good luck! -

From a personal point of view I really like her proportions, but from the pictures in your first post I think she should be thinner/taller. Other than that it looks really promising! =) -

Thnx guys. -taller -less bulky in the chest -slightly larger hands Think it looks more like the concepts proportions.. might push the height a little more after seeing it next to the prior version. -

yeah there will be a lot of things to fix.. I used photo ref for the figure I have so far.. I'm going for a taller build.. like 6 foot ish, with the build of a boxer or MMA fighter -

actually, i have a question about the character before i comment about the scene. how tall is he? is it a mech that someone rides in, or is it like a walking robot that's as tall if not a little taller than a man?
