Finished the mesh for the SP MT-1 4-8-2 Steam Locomotive, currently working on the 160-C2 Class Tender for the engine to use. (The middle image represents MT-1 number 4315 in 1939) -
Re: Can you prevent the maya render freeze?
I'm running an i7 4770k, that is 8 logical processors. It's overclocked to 4,5 GHz. The freeze is only happening when I have HQ renders that take more than 5 min (single frame). -

i still remember i was in awe seeing they playing around Elemental demo in editor with real time GI, sigh... I'm still hoping they will bring it back in 4.5 or some stage in some degree. -

The only odd spec I've read about the Nexus one was on Slashdot claiming that "only 190 megabytes of its total 4.5 gigabytes of memory is allowed for storing apps." That seemed a bit odd to me... -
