For those of you in the UK and collect Nectar card points, Sainsburys are having a double up week. So if you have £20 worth of voucher points, you can get £40 off of a game (or other stuff). Definitely worth a look in.
Group unzip. Nice for when you want to rotate something you just made upside down quickly when its made up of 10, 20 or more Ndo layers. Or a rotate feature maybe. (I wonder if its in already?)
I don't think my company has done any background checks, but we're also a small company that hired ~20 people so far. I didn't even know you could google arrest records, is this an american thing?
Option 1: Get UE4 its 20$ (can cancel sub) and comes with a full PBR setup Option 2: Create a PBR shader using CustomLighting slot (theres a bunch here. I think AlmightyGir posted one up)
Ben Apuna has some Dragon Age stuff in his portfolio, you might want to check it out: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1447878/Portfolio/Dragon%20Age%20-%20Apothecary.html Might be good ref when it comes to texturing anyway.
Boom, I like it! not sure about the plus 60 units? 360+60=420 but I do like the sound :) "4.20 its like the PS4 but it has .20 more" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VYS_JjHmq30 http://youtu.be/VYS_JjHmq30
Gah, ran into my first hacker/aimbot in the game today, and before you say it, no he wasn't just good, the guy had 70 kills vs 20 as the highest, plus didn't even know how to cap a flag. :P
Nice, you're getting there. Don't be afraid to get bold and punchy :) Here's a quick paintover I did. I took the lighting information you had there already and exaggerated a bit over it with a round brush, altering around 20%-70% hardness.
Are you using IK for the walk and the run cycle, starting at 20 seconds? If you are, I would try to do another of each with FK arms, its much easier to get the nice swinging motions and arcs than trying to do it with IK.
