You can bind those buttons to the various shortcuts of your favourite app or verious functions in your games. -

This sounds interesting, combining gloss functionality to the reflections. By sharpness do you mean like more/less blurred? -

i've successfully used it in 2009 at least. did you assign the functions you're after to hotkeys, the quadmenu or toolbars? -
