You probably chamfered after you set the uv's or its the default uv's. You'll need to uv it after you have finished modeling it. -

Ok someone pointed out to me that using Revo uninstaller might be better than using the default uninstaller. Did that, and got it running now! -

i agree with the minimal wear as factory new. even the default weapon skins carry this trait - without it, they could sometimes look like a toy. -

Go to the channels palete. Create a new channel - this is an alpha by default. Paste the black and white image into this channel Save the image as a 32 bit TGA -

Basically the minigame is off by default but the mod turns it on. Its a difficult case to judge as it comes with the game yet you cant turn it on without a mod... -
