use the normal map to give the edge of your urinals a chamfered look....they are really sharp right now..

I think the Herald's fabric should resemble the Nomad's, with sharp edges and more refined folds.

If you want such a sharp stop beween materials and depth it may be better to model the transition directly.

I also feel like the edges on the squareish part the barrel recoils through are too sharp.

The first thing that I noticed is the really sharp angle of the back of the neck, unless is intended of course.
