adding on to what @PyrZern said, it would be cool to see some stitched patterns on the cloak. but dang that fur looks pretty good, could you comment on it? are those planes right now, or is it fibermesh?
using a combination of This concept and the original miniature. i've made this: will start texturing tomorrow, and will make his sword and staff too. polycount with armour/cloak/helmet = 3400 budget is 4500 (to include weapons and inside of mouth).
Making a Mess Quick sculpt for ideas for the outfit, got a few references for the cloak but not enough for the pants, gonna collect some more refs and hopefully get something better than this. Send help via feedback!

Agreed. And I think she would luck more better, with a more interesting silhouette if she had hair and the cloak was maybe over one shoulder rather then two - but maybe thats personal preference :)
I've had time to work on this guy recently, currently painting him up. Still need to work on the fur and make a start on the cloak... Sword and shield need a lot of love to. Feedback welcome :3
Winter is my favourite season so I am excited to see how it looks (plus the multi colours of fall would look great)! Reminds me of the Cloak of Seasons from Runescape3 as well!
