Classically trained artists generally spend a good amount of time directly copying the work of the 'old masters'. It's a fairly well established method of learning. -

Color spray adds in those extra colors. You can lower the amount on the stroke intensity variance modifier, or try the normal spray stroke. -

Nice work. Might add just a small amount of another color in somewhere just as an accent. Like a red orange around a dial or something. -
