Surely this isn't going to be an issue if you just pad your textures after you've finished editing them? It's only necessary for the engine, not in production. Or do you mean in terms of editing baked maps?
You mean Edit>Purge>All? If so, that didn't work. It's like the paint doesnt want to stick :D . It's not a huge deal but i would've liked to be able to use that feature for basic edits at least.
[edit]bulls*** -> That depends on xNormal, but afaik, it doesn't do 16bit maps.[/edit] hum, and sure, I guess there could be a "use suffix as prefix" somewhere, and invert the way it works. :) Shouldn't be too difficult.
The new edition of 40k has just come out though, 4th edition. So the codexs will be redone, but that'll take years...The new Space Marine codex will be out next month or so though.

Hi, layouts presets are saved with the blend file you are editing with Blender. That's to say, your saved presets are only available for the blend file your are editing, and are saved automatically while you save your blend file.
