No, there won't, my point is that it's impossible to go beyond guesswork because there isn't any concrete information to go on. It's like me asking you to tell me what the value of X is in the following equation... X = Y It doesn't mean we can't make a good guess with software but don't fool yourself that it'll be…
This looks very valve-y. TF2 ish characters and that robot looks like its made by the same creator of the portal bots. I just really hope they keep it stealthy and assassin-like instead of going all assassins creed 3 etc on us. I DO NOT want to run in and punch 10 people in this stealth game
To flip the channel, open the NM in photoshop then in the channels tab, select the green channel and press CTRL+I or image>adjustments>invert If invert Y didn't work in marmoset that is a bit odd though. You did click 'apply'? Specter, I think marmoset does use the same as maya and xnormal which are the opposite of MAX and…
Seems to be regular behavior. Depending on what version of Maya you have, the gizmo will look different from other versions. In 2013 it just shows X/Y/Z handles with no arrows. In Maya 2016 you get the arrows plus the rotation rings. You should still be able to move your joint around. Or is this not the problem?
This program is looking amazing..... just one thing is bothering me alot! You can't lock a Y axis (for example) , when you do a turnable, easily you lost the original axis angle.... if the program have a single tick box that you can lock your models would be perfect!!! And one more time, congratulations!
@bradhb3d Super sharp :) . I love the color variation throughout the wood grain. How are you handling the plank scaling? I've been trying to use the X and Y scaling in the Tile node, but wasn't sure how to keep the Interstice width right as you scale down. Very excited to see you part of these challenges!
Thanks, Ghaztehschmexeh. I have a Starwars Y-Wing WIP on here too. Check it out. :) You should check out the original series Deamoria. ;) Its dated really badly nowadays but that how spaceships where done back in the 70's/80's ha ha ha on British TV anyway. LOL :D
Polygonal Modeling: Basic and Advanced Techniques By Mario Russo https://books.google.com.au/books/about/Polygonal_Modeling_Basic_and_Advanced_Te.html?id=kFF-5_HO72oC&redir_esc=y I still refer to his book when sub-d modelling after all these years for revision and another tip, as with anything creative you never stop…
Hello, I'm still learning a lot, but from what experienced, it's very up to you. This is what makes your workflow, choose the options you prefer. Maybe one day you have a boss who forces you into using X or Y software but until then well a bake is a bake there's no BEST option or 'you have to' option.
Try this: 1. enable modeling toolkit 2. select the edges 3. hold R+Left mouse button - a popup menu will appear under your mouse cursor - change scale to Local 4. scale using the x,y,z box also, 2016 looks cool :P not using maya anymore though :D
