I'm not entirely certain why you want to use Kismet, but surely you'll just be better off entirely using UDK's Cloth Physics? In Max. if you attach the medallion's pivot to the cloth bone and the main part of the medallion to the rigid bone, maybe that would work? Making the medallion flap about but still seem solid.… -

I'd do the sword draw as he comes out of the roll, a low horizontal cut as you have it now, then rise up a bit more for a downward diagonal second cut instead of another low horizontal cut. also pivot around the ball of the right foot as you come around instead of the heel. also check out the clip on Jackie… -

I agree with Eric, its also better to use separate meshes because most engines can cull a few pieces that aren't seen (roof, windows, walls ect) and help performance rather than keeping the whole building visible because you can see a tiny corner of it. Or worse, it bases it's visibility culling calculation on the objects… -

Thanks EarthQuake. I turned off back face cull in max and realized I wasn't paying attention to the normal directions. God, that was driving me insane. Thanks.
