i have my base mesh then armor i want to make the armor changeable to a cloak witch will be mainly dynamics. is there a good tutorial for this out there i have looked at a few but looking for a really good one
btw guys its legal to slightly change an original concept, say horn shape, reveal body under the cloak and similar, of course along with keeping overall proportions, color schemes?

really nice richness you've added the the texture man. I'd make the cloak a little bigger and try and get more tonal contrast particularly in the lower bits Keep it up!
Working on a new sketch of an alien diplomat. WIP done in zbrush. Please excuse the crappy photobash cloak, I plan on replacing it with something better later on. thanks for checking it out!
Some great animation going on in here! I don't know if this is technically possible for you to do but making the spy cloak near the end of his moonwalk might be a nice touch.

He's gonna die at the end of this thread project, isn't he? Material quality looking good, I think. Some epidermal tears into the tunic cloak might gussy it up a bit more.

The new concept's looking awesome, I liked gauss' red cloak thing though, and the bulkier armour on the forearms. The model is looking good so far, the biceps look a bit deflated though.
