@zetheros thanks a lot for your feedback. I will think about it. @GRAT0R thx, there will be some more details on the normalmap. As for the blade, it is a real world blade from the 14th century. I've finished now all the modelling tasks and will now focus on the textures (both are still wip)

OK puck is strangest one! The head is like one 10th of the wing but has double of texture size. OK we can say that head is seen in portrait and needs a good texture space but wing's texture space is just too low!(128*256) then the tail has again double of wing...
What the hell, that sucks. Ya ya blah blah little screens on every key but when each key lags like that (the Shift key making all letters Upper Case, for example) it totally makes me think their pricetag is a joke. No thanks :\ 1/10th the price and instant response or GTFO--->

This is looking really nice! It'd fit well with the barbarian skins that were added a while back too, so I'm liking the 10th century references. Could try playing with a fuller on the blade and adding some cloisonne work to the pommel if you were looking to add more detail to it as zetheros suggested.
