I think people want to experience any strong emotion. fear and violence are the easiest to quickly manufacture in these mediums. More daring games that actually accomplish feelings of wonder, sadness, elation, love are celebrated, but they're rarer because it's harder. -

Oh yah? When? I think it was 2001 ofr me. Once I learned it wasn't what I was interested in it quickly became a place for me to hit a bong and talk about art stuff with like minded people. :thumbup: -

Well, being able to uv-map quickly and efficiently is a useful skill. If you don't make the most space-effective UV map, you're wasting texture resources, and especially in console development, this is something you really want to avoid. -

https://gumroad.com/alexeyvanzhula Direct Modeler is a HDA for modeling in Houdini that makes it a faster, view port oriented process without sacrificing the non destructive nature of Houdini. If you do any modeling in Houdini this asset will pay for itself quickly. -

wow... that was absolutely mesmerizing. My only wish was that it was longer and showed some more footage of the shotgun pellets. Watched the whole thing. It's crazy how quickly the bullets will turn to liquid and back to solid from so much speed and pressure. -

Animation Shop that's bundled with Paint Shop Pro since version 5 is what I use to quickly make GIFs. I also use The GIMP at times to optimize and crop GIFs. It can take each layer and make it a frame. -

Konichiwa! Top left and top right are the strongest. They also have a good feeling of depth, I think that's why I like them. I think it's great you did a bunch, that's a great way to improve quickly. Keep it up. -
