I love it! Really nice texturing, Learning from it already! :) I think the fold of the tablecloth(?) on the edges of the table is too soft tho, are you putting this in an engine? -

Probably you do an export from 3ds to some other soft? Did you exported an obj? Try to export triangles instead of quads or vice versa. -

Try Lock Soft Selection: You can select a vert/edge/face lock it a then select another vert/edge/face to move/scale/rotate it around. -
