Dynamesh works best with "water tight" volumes. It can try to automatically fill in a hole if they exist, but it's going to take the shortest route possible and it isn't going to be smart about it. ouch?! If the little extra speed is worth it? I grabbed a cheap dell XPS and stuck in a decent video card and it served me faithfully the last 3 years. I got the same crit from someone else. Will def look into re-adjusting the proportions if needed. Anyways the general idea behind the project is to model out some loose internals (not 100% working) and play around with transparency renders, animation, and presentation in Keyshot. This is starting to feel right. Major trimming of the skull shape and neck size. Jaw line reworked, but is feeling much better. Mouth is redone. Nose is reshaped and more planar. I have to agree. The notion that "our" jobs are better than others and every perceived attack on our dreams has to come from a position of bitterness is a pretty arrogant one. It might be true in some cases, especially when the person in question had similar dreams and failed, but the majority of people don't really know… -

it depends on the kind of work for me. if i have to juggle tasks and apps like when exporting, rendering and finishing then i need total silence - i even put earplugs in in these cases. if i can focus on doing one nontechnical thing for extended periods of time then background audio helps to get into it, i don't notice it…
