Hey, i think the problem is the baking of xnormal. Afaik it uses raycast by default, try to export a cage or bake it in max with cage.

Depends on the bone system. Are you using Biped? CAT? Bones? With the default Bones system, you can use Bone Tools.

@deutschbag Thanks. I agree. I've got subsurface in the material but it's set to a default black right now and needs to be adjusted accordingly.

In Modo preferences, check your FBX setting. It has "Export Edge Smoothing" off by default. I have no idea why. :)

I could be wrong, but it looks like you might not have perspective turned on in zbrush (hit P). It's turned off by default.

Maybe the uv's is passing the 0-1 UV space and UE4 is set by default to repeat the last column of pixel when this happens ?

IF there were enough, you could always take a default level from UDK and do the lighting for it as a contest. animation and FX for me
