Actually makes sense, when customer service is that bad, it should get publicity. I had a similar situation with a computer hardware online store GameVE.com and was sure to post it up all over the net. I can't imagine treating a customer like that, let alone a fellow human being.

Mine asks me to instal 1.8 agian every single time i launch and crashes whenever I load a color ID map into DDO. This is driving me nuts. I kinda needed this for my assets class. I'm on the surface pro 3, i5 256GB edition. it has been working fine until 1.8

yea, only thing that pops at a first look is the hair i think... could have some more work. then if you wanna be nit-picky, you could have some more texture love, and get rid of some of that texture stretching you have in some parts. aside from this, its a good model :D
