@Poseiden I have no idea of the correct term but I was going to add supports ??? Such as Otherwise it is floating about in space :D Personally I'm using two as a single bar going across the wheel :)
is it possible to make a really quick and dirty example? I thought that's what I was doing but the texture sample node is giving me a float error. Even after rebuilding the mask into 4 vectors.
A few floating holographic, 3D projected, or simply projected-onto-glass displays would do a lot. Minority Report might have decent references for what it sounds like you're after.
Looks all grey like resident evil? Please add light and shadow to create form. The papers look like they are floating above the environment. Texture resolutions look nice and high res.
Nice model man, but you seem to have some pinching and smoothing errors I noticed in the 3rd pic on back of the cockpit by the thrusters. Was the wing detail created with floating geometry? Keep it up!
Nice work out so far, are you using floating geometry? It could save you some polys if you did it for the chair it looks like instead of just beveling out the faces.

I got stuck for a minute or so in the watercraft puzzle where you had to put the floating blue barrels in the cage under the ramp to make it lift up. I thought that was rather cool
Good progress, keep it up! I'm not sure I would float the spikes, on something as organic and bendable as the neck it could be a pain to keep them from poking out when its rigged.
