Thanks, TheGabmeister. But, If I had 3 base materials and their has 2K or 4K texture's resolution. I can combined the height/roughness/metallic/ao maps in one texture for each material. So I need preparing 3 base colors, 3 normals, 3 combine texutres. right? It has 9 textures of 2K or 4K. Does it cost more memory cost? -

Looking good, and to answer the "separate stuff into different parts" question. Its both for convenience and for visual purpose. I think separating everything could be the difference from a 9/10 model to a 10/10. but if this guy is gonna be on a 512 or 1024 texture or rendered from far away I would not be super concerned… -

To be fair, Sealark had only 59,000 usd. That would be two years living expenses for a person. If you needed to hire two people that would quickly go within a year. Typically you get holidays off and accrue vacation time - contractors don't get any vacation at all. Nobody is going to do all the legal work for a 9 month contractor so you don't have to worry about that :P maybe everyone should refrain from "my dad can beat up your dad" kind of discussions, just the facts ma'am. -

Pretty much everything Dustinbrown said is spot-on. There are definitely more family oriented studios out there that have a stable 9-6 (10-7) work-day.
