not so sure how i feel about the deep blues. almost feels a bit bioshock-like. given that this slum should be very heavily polluted and far far down on the surface of the planet, it should feel a bit warm in color. as of now it doesnt feel very slummy. trash it up. give it a level of haze indicating how polluted it is…
