Henpecked more at the leather, detailed the skin with added different hues, fixed the hanging urns a bit, and defined the machete more.

Define the ears more, especially the lower parts, and bring out the nose more while still keeping it flat in shape.

If your transparency is defined by a mask then it needs to be in the alpha channel of your albedo texture and the transparency mode should be set to Cutout
