one of the uni second year students @Avcat is doing a cool walk cycle! The cloth has apex physics in UE4, which is why they're clipping through the legs in maya.
Goodluck Stoof! Sounds like a fun project to be working on--sounds kind of like a painting atelier, but for game art. Hopefully you can gain enough students to keep momentum!
I am a student yes. http://www.studentsuperstore.com/bamboopen/default.aspx That seems like the best price I have seen? Thats for just the pen right? No finger stuff? Cheers
Yep thats definitely one of the benifits of iAnimate. There's also animSchool to consider. http://www.animschool.com/ IMO both iAnimation and animSchool students reels blow Animation Mentors out of the water.
Looks like an instructor asked their students to make threads but neglected an important piece of info... you must include some art! If you want feedback, show some artwork.
Been watching them since the start and they are such a great resource of inspiration and knowledge on the entertainment industry. Explains about clients and a good way to work and lots of paint over students work.
What is it that you are studying? is it 3d? On what school? Because this seems better than all the student's portfolios i've seen and tbh, better than may veteran's portfolios as well
I don't really get it :X This makes it look like you're trying to create a professionnal dev community. But the reward is mentorship with dev, which sound like a contest for students.
Very very good for your first high poly model! Handle looks off as Doespeh pointed. Pat yourself on the back and go to the student union to celebrate i'd say.
I'm having similar difficulties with my Mudbox 2013 Student Version. Could someone elaborate on how to find and turn off the gigatexel engine, please? Thanks so much!
