the problem, as far as I can tell, is that you are using a very limited range of color in your lightmap (let's say, from 0 to 20 rgb). $20 really isnt a good offer for paid work. If you think about it, it could easily take someone 20 or more hours to do this skin, so what you're basicly doing is offering $1 per hour(or less).
