Looking good. Don't know if it's the render but you should tone down the dark crevices in the wood items and bricks. Bring in some ambience. -

Is this just for practice? You can't submit entire heroes to the workshop. Only items for heroes already in game, couriers, wards, or voice packs. -

Started the texture for the Kobra: Currently it is 1024^2 normal, specular and gloss (no diffuse). The lens is a separate item with a 128^2 diffuse and alpha. -

You could possibly change the color for the head item, maybe also make it still resemble Doom's face. Then, it could be better as a concept :)
