A WIP robot for a school project, i will update as i get more on it.. @ etb342 - Im not sure about the wireframe render as i can't find any good tut on how to do it. If you know any, please let me know so i can post the picture for you. :) -Tobii
yea im sure i can optimize it more and prob be good with x1 TS too also im sure those stats reffed to trasnformers 1, with had less detailed robots and not very smooth cylinders where did u get that info? is there anything like that about transformers 2?
I sat and held his hand for three hours at the dealership. I probably drank twenty cups of water while talking to Bob the dealer about F-1 racing. All in all, seems like sweet little robot. If you swallow the key, you become some sort of cyborg.
man, I miss junkyard wars (my only gripe was how they obviously seeded the junkyard with relative parts) This should be highly entertaining. I remember when the robot fighting shows were on, I always wanted to see something go in there with serious weaponry, and just tear the other one apart.
Nice model! Awesome style, great texture work. Crits: - Metal reads a bit like stone. - Wrinkles read a bit more like plastic dryer hose (or the arms on the robot from lost in space) than fabric or leather. - Animation needs much lovin, but still cool to see it move.
Added blocks of bushes in the branch just a placeholder, big overgrown roots, flags, water outlets, scifi panels, two big statues. Finishing off remaining scifi tiles and connect them to other scifi tiles On different angle. Big roots on the middle of the hallway. Big roots for the tree surrounding the throne
man.. first model i made was out of primitives.... then i ventured into doing a fancy scene with glass and a bottle... at the time i thought it looked amazing haha that was in 2004 i think. Then i made a spaceship.... OH! i found the first character, some funky robot hahaha good thread
This guy is awesome Justin, love the design and execution, the colors are great for directing your eye to his face without sacrificing interest anywhere on the character. Could totally see him tooting around on his jetpack, taunting the hero as he unleashes another giant robot against him. Ace work.
Part of me REALLY wants you to add one of those little tickbirds that always hang out with rhinos.... perhaps an itty-bitty robot? I also think having the tail poking out of the back would add some personality, but I'm not sure how that would work with the armored suit.
fixed robot girs arms and eyes,as for dog gir ill wait till i get home to fix all those issues,i found so many shades of green for gir i have no idea which is theright one,ill just rip a screen from the dvd and use that.
