i dont like the mix matching your doing with the textures, i know they arent final but some seem pure color and others are straight up photographs, not a good contrast. Id get rid of thos pictures for the inside with people and just make the texture similar to the windows on the top. only hint at whats inside, dont spell… -

I used to: Model using almost only extrusions and some bevels due to fear of having bad topology, avoiding triangles and ngons like plague.
