I'm not using Terrain, just using the default settings. I don't think that would cause this problem.

Quixel Megascans
Reinstall to a new directory, like *\Quixel SUITE 2.2\ instead of the default. That should clear this up for you.

Try deleting the file? Max might create a new default menu script if detects it's been deleted.

It's a default blender feature, hence why there's no separate page or video aabout it , but it is mentioned int the preferences video.
