The small cone at the base of the brazier seems to have too many sides given its size and relative importance. Conversely, the legs really could use a few more segments; the profile is very rough.

from the post you did of the front and sides, the torso looks a little thick for the size of the arms, slim him/her/it down a bit, suck the stomach in and accent the bottom of the ribcage. otherwise, looking good.
