Are you baking shadows or lighting? If shadows make sure the skylight has shadows enabled, it defaults to off.

By default the green channel is reversed in Maya, so the stuff shows up wrong. You need to reverse it.

@Cha_MacKie looks like you need to flip your green channel. Marm exports by default as opengl.

Did you change anything on the texture placement node? If yes, delete it, or reset it to its default values.
