The link constraint is weird. It takes effect on the frame after you set it. An alternative to the link constraint is to position and orient constrain the object and animate the constraint weighting. The only problem with this, unlike the link constraint, is that you can't move the helper, it's just stuck to the target.
Hi felipefrango, What you are describing is currently not possible but could surely be implemented. In fact, I will make it an official 0.6 target. I was thinking about it before, when I was adding the alpha channel support. I am always open for suggestions
i heard that if you put -editor at the end of the shortcuts target, it'll open the editor. I thats what you do... I actually bought Gears for PC as well, and I didn't find the editor... but i bout UT3 before that so... :(
Very nice, a lot of the modeling tools people have been asking for (though now it's obvious what happend to 2k8 ex3). Tweak, Preselection Highlight, quick loop selection, drag select (raycast selection), and 'merge vertex tool' (target weld).
Suggestion: Turn up the shot speed, or make the shot speed independent of ship speed, OR make the shots into hitscan with a longer recharge time. The 3d perspective (or perhaps its the environment) makes it very difficult to judge range to target and how much to lead by.

I messed around with multiple UVs for this one. I didn’t put any effort into optimizing the UVs for the lightmap, just did a lightmap unpack and called it done. Still have to figure out how Blender manages its UV targets. model

Is anyone playing this on PC? How does the melee combat work on PC w/ the mouse and keyboard? I've read a lot of people saying the game works better on the 360 with the Analog controls. Can you still target specific bodyparts on the PC version?
The target audience of this export plugin is mainly artists and companies who need to provide PSDs to clients or colleagues who may not have access to Painter. It doesn't change our plans to bring more PS tools in Painter in the future and really is a separate story :)
