Well it depends on your specific workflow, and how you like to work. But from what I have gathered working on environments, is I personally prefer to get the major shapes together ASAP. As @kanga says, if your aim is to create a real-time character then forget about messing around with posing and layers and over complicating the mouthbag. If you want to experiment with posing and layers in ZB then do it in a more focused project. As it is you may end up frustrating yourself by taking on too much at once.… -

Its not really an issue of the new layer selection, that stuff is actually pretty cool. Its the overal performance of CS2 that is an issue The reason i do not use CS2 is because of its crappy performance when working with a large number of layers, the visual size of the layer sets compared to the actual thumbnail size… -

Poop, didn't see your newest Post. Yes we work on commission sometimes...We also have contained and retained searches. Where a studio will pay us for all jobs. And we work harder for them....it doesn't directly affect your salary. Even for commission only placements, yes if you can do all the smoozing and get your Resume… -
