Begun making the armour. Gonna smooth out the muscles a bit. The Isolate Selected option is quite useful when you need to see exactly what you're modifying, which means less ctrl+z and reloads.
This is great post explaining all that. https://www.riggingdojo.com/2014/10/03/everything-thought-knew-maya-joint-orient-wrong/ main thing is consistency in the joint chain, whether X is twist axis, or Y or Z.
Thank you! yeah they have controls , I maintain them close to the body but they can go as far as I want. Is something strange in there? :O!! Finished it :) added trans Z to the whole rig [vv]143652844[/vv]
IMO nomura is the worst thing to happen to that franchise, once he stopped being just concept artist. Now every other final fantasy game is like dragon ball z on coke, with perfectly styled hair.
everything outside the 0-1 space is ignored by the renderer. When you place overlapping geometry outside the square you are effectively telling it which copy to use in the baking process and by doing so eliminate z fighting.
Thanks Vig Alright Sweet! I will go back and change that here is a quick update I textured it some baked a lightmap on there and have a AO map hopefully it will bring out the surfaces I sculpted in Z brush.
Clipping is very expensive on the lower-end platforms and z-buffers aren't terribly precise. So try to avoid intersecting meshes when possible. I wouldn't go out of my way to do it, but it should be a consideration.
I've played it. You don't do a quarter circle to do fireball. you just press down and punch. No Z motion for Dragon punch, you just press forward and punch. It's lame, and I wouldn't recommend it.
Well I don't collect anything anymore, but 5 years ago I had been collecting the original japanese Bandai Dragonball Z and GT figures, I think I had gotten 37 of them.
I know it's probably really silly problem and easily fixable but I'm really new in rigging. I Try to mirror skeleton to the other side. I use Mirror Hierarchy X and it gives me... Joints are also flipped in Z axis. The third joint shows exactly the issue. Any solutions ?
