i agree with the others, it should look old and worn. I'd bring down the saturation of the windows texture because at the moment it looks odd against the color bricks.
Just a tip, but for a more authentic Japanese-city feel, keep in mind that there a pretty much zero buildings made of real bricks/mortar/stone slabs around.
Agreed, I'd probably do the same thing. But as a huge brick, its hard to justify. I could see this as a nice juicy prize in a lot of animation competitions.

Tileable bricks that are going to be potentially used on a number of buildings. I feel like they seem a bit generic and I was hoping for ways to make them feel more complete or different.
That is a big improvement. I would add a little colour variation to the grass (dead patches etc) and some geo bricks to the edges of your walls so they are not so flat and polygonal.
